• Report directly to CEO
• Ensure all client paperwork is up-to-date and “audit ready”
  • Review Daily Pre-op and weekly MSS and titration sheets from each location and follow-up on any issues with corrective action.
  • Confirm all paperwork is captured electronically on a daily or weekly basis as appropriate
  • Verify all safety training is up to date and documented at each facility
• Ensure crews are working in a safe yet efficient manner
  • Coordinate proper reporting and investigation of any accidents
  • Routinely monitor chemical handling and proper PPE availability and usage
  • Help implement the “ALLSAFE” program company-wide
• Coordinate with CEO and other senior managers to set each week’s plant visit schedule
  • Accompany plant QA/QC personnel and/or USDA Inspector during pre-op

• Qualifications
  • 1+ years in a similar position at a contract sanitation company or food processor
  • SQF and HACCP certification
  • Preferably BRCS certification and OSHA training
• Non-routine responsibilities
  • Fill in as Area/Site Manager while he or she is tasked with other duties
  • Travel to various locations to assist with new customer start up process
  • Cooperate as needed with Business Development on sales presentations or other requests
