Cycle Counter - Vineland, NJ This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary: This role is responsible for performing daily inventory counts, verifying inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure that inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Job Responsibilities: - Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and other inventory items.
- Verify physical inventory against system records and investigate variances.
- Research and report inventory discrepancies to Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams.
- Assist with inventory adjustments, documentation, and root cause analysis.
- Help maintain accurate inventory locations, lot codes, quantities, and transaction records.
- Support inventory audits, physical counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Communicate inventory issues such as damaged product, expired material, shortages, or misplaced stock.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and planning teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Job Requirements: - Knowledge of GMP's.
- Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and timely attendance
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitude
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Ability to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.
- Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement
Education Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands: - Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
