Job Summary
An international plant-based food manufacturing company is seeking a warehouse supervisor. This position requires 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with lead role experience and bilingual in Spanish.
- $25/hr. Plus full benefits
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 06:00 pm
- Somerset, NJ
Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred
- 3 - 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including lead responsibilities
- Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Forklift experience (sit?down and stand?up)
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong problem?solving and decision?making abilities
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:
Oversees efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while supervising temporary staff and maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate receiving and shipping
- Oversee daily inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfillment
- Enforce safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)
- Improve workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and customer service
- Maintain shipment, inventory, and scheduling records
- Resolve delays, damaged goods, and staff issues efficiently
- Perform additional duties as needed
