Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Underwriter/Processor to support Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) operations. This role is responsible for evaluating financial data, assessing credit risk, and underwriting small business funding applications.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Review and analyze merchant applications and financial documents
- Conduct cash flow analysis and credit risk assessments
- Underwrite MCA deals using financial modeling and forecasting
- Evaluate risk while structuring and negotiating deal terms
- Prepare financial summaries to support decision-making
- Utilize financial tools for data analysis and reporting
- Monitor portfolio performance and flag potential risk or fraud
- Partner with sales teams to support deal flow and approvals
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with compliance standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ year of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) underwriting experience required
- Experience in underwriting, credit analysis, or financial services
